We place in both smaller, Assisted Living Group Homes, and larger Assisted Living Communities. We will assess you care needs, medical needs, and financial situation to recommend the best setting for you and/or your loved one.

No! For the most part, all Senior Care placements are month-to-month, and only require a 30-day notice if you decide to return home or want to move to a different setting. This allows patients substantial freedom in either only seeking placement for a short-time to continue their recovery time, or allows patients to seek out a smaller placement environment as they heal, and then transition to a larger placement setting later if it is a better long-term fit.

Our placement services are provided at no cost to patients or their families. Our fees are covered through placement agreements with facilities across the community.

Yes! We can assess your situation for appropriateness for ALTCS benefits and help you map out a strategy for applying from both a timing and financial perspective.

No! The sooner the better! Being able to discuss placement months before you may need it is really ideal. That allows us time to plan and tour and make sure that the move goes as smoothly as possible when the time to move comes.
